Accessing or using this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms. 1. Service Content PWA.ad provides services including but not limited to: - H5 website to PWA/APK app encapsulation. - Intelligent Cloaking technology and crawler blocking. - Cross-platform ad attribution data integration (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Facebook, TikTok, Kwai, etc.). - High-conversion Google Play-like landing page generation. 2. User Obligations - **Compliance**: You promise that the business content submitted for encapsulation complies with the laws and regulations of the target region. Using this service for fraud, malware distribution, or other illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, we have the right to terminate the service immediately and cooperate with law enforcement investigations. - **Truthfulness**: You shall provide true and accurate contact information and business details. You are solely responsible for any service interruption or loss caused by incorrect information. - **Payment**: You agree to pay service fees on time according to the agreed price (e.g., $0.01/install) and method (USDT). 3. Disclaimer - **Technical Limitations**: Although our intelligent cloaking technology significantly improves approval rates, due to the uncontrollability of Google/Facebook review rules, we do not promise a 100% approval success rate, nor are we responsible for ad spend losses caused by review failures. - **Third-Party Services**: We are not jointly liable for data loss or discrepancies caused by third-party attribution platform (MMP) or ad platform failures, but we will do our best to assist in troubleshooting. - **Force Majeure**: We are not liable for compensation for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, or telecommunication failures. 4. Intellectual Property All code, designs, algorithms, and content of the PWA.ad website and system belong to us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our system without written permission. 5. Termination If you violate these terms (especially regarding illegal business), we have the right to immediately terminate the service without notice and without refunding any fees paid. 6. Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by relevant laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to our designated arbitration institution.
